Intensive Weeks

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLINICS

We understand that from time to time lessons will need to be changed or cancelled

A booking fee is required for all clinics. Please see format to determine the amount(usually 50%)

Clinics are very sought after and spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis.

The balance must be paid in full 2 weeks before the clinic start date.

Booking fees are non refundable but all efforts will be made to fill the spot from our waiting list

Cancellation by the instructor is fully transferable. Lessons will not take place in any weather warnings
